What we collect, and what we don't.

Last updated 7 September 2026

This note covers the Threadcount website, which is operated by Rollosson. It is short because the site collects very little.

What this website collects

If you fill in the fit form at /start, we receive what you type: your name, work email, firm, firm size, role, and the questions you'd most want answered. We use it for one purpose: replying to you and working out what it would take to answer them.

We also collect aggregate, privacy-preserving traffic analytics: which pages were viewed, roughly where visitors came from, and what kind of device they used. This is cookieless. We do not set advertising cookies, we do not fingerprint visitors, and we do not build profiles of individuals.

What we do with it

  • We reply to you, and if it makes sense, we set up a call.
  • We use the questions you gave us to plan what we build.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone for marketing.
  • We do not add you to an unrelated mailing list because you filled in this form.

Who processes it

Your submission is not handled by a third-party form service. It posts to our own endpoint and is delivered straight into our Microsoft 365 mailbox — so the only parties who see it are us and our email provider. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard server request data on our instructions.

How long we keep it

If we don't end up working together, we delete your submission within 24 months. If we do, it becomes part of our record of working together and is governed by the agreement we sign with your firm.

Your firm's data is a separate matter

This page is about the website only. If your firm works with Threadcount, your firm's own data never reaches this website or any system of ours. The connector runs inside your environment, and anything it keeps in order to operate is kept there. Answering a question means Claude reads firm data through that connector. How that works, what it can read, where processing happens and how access ends are all set out in the agreement we sign with your firm, not in this notice.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@threadcount.io and we'll action it. Depending on where you're located, you may have additional statutory rights; we'll honor those too.
